The name Wæm Hævmum Mǐbzè is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Hævmum Mǐbzè was founded by Mboīń̄ Gär 'Sunshine Dani' Joī̄b Yoīkīy Sé̄kīsh Shêyepí, who was culturaly Constructi.

Wæm Hævmum Mǐbzè was founded durring the early 15th century in summer of the year 1415, by Mboīń̄ Gär 'Sunshine Dani' Joī̄b Yoīkīy Sé̄kīsh Shêyepí. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Wæm Hævmum Mǐbzè was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Hævmum Mǐbzè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Wæm Hævmum Mǐbzè is is constructed arround a series of spacious cobblestone mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The town's peasent-grade are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

Wæm Hævmum Mǐbzè has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. The style used which employed abundant symbolic geometry, using pure forms such as the circle and square, and plans are based on often symmetrical layouts featuring rectangular courtyards and halls. These structures were is decorated with carved stone or stucco reliefs and made use of colorful stone mosaics..
